"Gary Pepper aims to introduce beautiful vintage into the lives of every fashionista in the world, one tulle skirt at a time." Nicole, Gary Pepper Vintage.
I first came across Gary Pepper Vintage by Nicole Warne via Made By Girl. Although I don't know enough about vintage clothings to start a love affair with them just yet, I did, however, fell head over heels with Nicole's gorgeous style and her boyfriend Luke's amazing photography!
Gary Pepper Vintage is a cool and whimsical online boutique specialising in unique vintage pieces. The brand is a little over a year old, but has quickly gained recognition, with features in international medias and fashion blogs.
Nicole is a self proclaimed vintage addict, and her passion for photography and fashion led her to eventually launch her own brand. "Gary Pepper is fun, quirky, confident, passionate, exuberant, with an eclectic sense of style"; and the character is very well represented, not only through the individual pieces, but also with Nicole's words in her blog, and the dreamy air of her pictures. Her mix and match style is especially appealing, with a contemporary classic quality.
Nicole sources her items along the coast of NSW, Melbourne and Tasmania, as well as from the US and UK, which she then cuts, hems and alters in her studio office (which is equally as pretty as her and her collections!). The catalogue pictures are of herself wearing the pieces, a personal touch which I love, and it doesn't hurt that the images are so gorgeous and inspiring as well!
Gary Pepper Vintage has been seen in Frankie, CLEO, Shop Til You Drop, Glossy, just to name a few. You can find the shop here, and make sure you check out the blog too!
Hmmm... Why do I have a feeling that I'll be coveting vintage pieces from now on?
