Helloooo dear friends! I am back! I've been "away" for exactly a week, but it feels longer than that! Things aren't exactly back to normal just yet, but they are getting there. The weekend in Sydney was fulfilling, met loads of people and made some new friends too! And then my little sister and parents dropped by for a visit, and it was lovely spending time with them, driving them around and showing them our favourite places around Adelaide. They left yesterday evening, and as I pack away the inflatable mattress and put away the extra quilts and pillows, I have to get my head back around the idea of having my own company for a big part of the day. It'll take a few days, but I think I'll be ok...
To distract myself from feeling lonely, and as a way of procrastinating the various household chores, I thought I'd drop a few words here, as I've missed you all so so much! What have you all been up to this past week?
As expected, I have lots to catch up online; my Google Reader noted 1000+ unread posts when I logged in this morning - overwhelming!! But I'll have fun browsing through them and coming up with new inspirations to share! Meanwhile, I thought it's high time I share with you some Australian interiors, considering this is where I live?!! Take a peek into this refurbished Melbourne cottage; I love the idea of the hidden courtyard, such a serene space amidst an urban setting!
